How did I become a mortgage originator? That’s easy. It was because of Mom and Dad. In 2002, I heard about reverse mortgages for the first time and thought that it might be worth investigating for my own parents. Skeptical, I read everything I could find, looking for anything that I thought would be detrimental to them – a reason not to do it. Not only did I never find anything, I ended up becoming such an enthusiastic supporter of the federally insured reverse mortgage that I became a reverse mortgage originator.

As both a reverse mortgage professional and the daughter of reverse mortgage borrowers, I have a thorough understanding of the questions and concerns of my clients and their families and truly enjoy watching their lives take a turn for the better.
